Have you been discriminated while shopping online?

So called geo-blocking means that you are prevented from using certain Internet content, because of your nationality or place of residence. One example could be that you are refused to buy something online.

Currently, the European Consumer Centres are working on a joint project on geo-blocking, and we would be grateful if you could help us by answering three questions.

This way, we would get an idea of how many consumers see geo-blocking as a problem.

Help us by answering this questionnaire.

The questionnaire will be available until March 25, 2016.

Thank you in advance!
