The consumers who have been in contact with ECC Sweden on the matter of electronova.se/Electro Nova OU, report that, in addition to the non-delivered mobile phones, there is no response from the company's customer service.
ECC Sweden has sent all complaints to our Estonian colleagues for mediation with the company. In order to help consumers in the best way, ECC Sweden needs copies of your order confirmation, payment receipt, the complaint against the company, as well as your account information in the format of BIC and IBAN.
