I have received wrong product or a defective product

The product should be the same as agreed upon. You should get the product you have ordered, and it should be functioning properly. 
  • Firstly, you have the right to demand that the product is repaired or exchanged.
  • Reparation and exchange are to occur within a reasonable time period, and at no cost to you.
