Many consumers satisfied with the ECC network

69 percent of consumers are satisfied with ECC Sweden and the sister offices’ services. That shows a survey ECC-Net recently made.

In the EU there are over 508 million consumers that each day can use their strong consumer rights when purchasing goods or services within the EU. The ECC network with 30 consumer centers in Europe is there to assist them.

A recent satisfied consumer survey shows that consumers who contacted ECC are satisfied with the services. This were the results of the survey:

  • 69 percent of consumers were satisfied with ECC's services
  • 75 percent of consumers found that the ECC's services helped them understand their rights or solve disputes
  • 90 percent of consumers found that their country's ECC website was easy to use
