KO sues Nextjet

9/28/2017

The airline Nextjet is not allowed to fly after November 17, but still sells tickets after this date.

Now, the Consumer Ombudsman, KO, wants a court decision to force Nextjet to clearly inform consumers about the issue.

Consumers who may want to buy tickets with arrival or departure after November 17 may risk being stranded at their destinations and thereby forced to buy new tickets with other airlines.

In cases where the departure is due after 17 November, there is also a risk that the consumer will miss his or hers connecting international flight at Arlanda, resulting in additional costs.
