ECC Sweden has launched new website

12/17/2012

Konsumenteuropa.se has a new look. The new website has been restructured, redesigned and developed to help even more consumers with their cross-border problems.

The main focus of this work has been to make sure that:

  • you, as a consumer, are able to ask questions and get a quick reply from our legal advisors via new forum
  • it is easy to report a cross-border problem
  • the website is available and accessible to everyone.

New structure

The website has been restructured and has now a couple of main entries from where you can reach useful information on cross-border purchases. The page Contact us has a link to a new forum (only in Swedish) where you can ask questions and get a reply from one of our legal advisors. You can also, by typing a keyword, find similar questions previously asked. The Filing a Complaint-Guide has been updated with more letter templates to help you file a complaint against a trader.

Accessible to everyone

It is important to us that the website is accessible to everyone. We have therefore customized the site to existing requirements and standards. The website has also been reviewed by web accessibility experts. All information on the website is available in English.

Feedback

We hope that you will enjoy the new website. You are welcome to e-mail us your feedback, but please have in mind that the site is still under construction and may still contain some errors.

Should you have bookmarks to our website, you may have to re-link them on your computer.
