What happens after I have sent my letter?

In the letter, you have stated that you expect an answer within a reasonable period of time. 

If you have stated a reasonable time limit for the trader to reply and he or she does not, you can go forward with your case.

If you receive a reply that you are dissatisfied with, try negotiate with the trader. If the trader does not reply, contact ECC Sweden for further counselling.
