Thursday the 14th of January, John Dalli, the Candidate for Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy will participate in public hearings in the European Parliament. The MEPs will question the Candidates to assess their abilities. After the hearings the Parliament will vote whether or not it supports a candidate or not. The Commission’s President will consider the result of the voting before presenting the Commission as a whole.
