Konsument Europa is a member of the European Consumer Centre network with sister centres in 28 European countries. These centres are intended to inform European consumers so they can take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the Internal Market. The network is co-financed by the European Commission.
Konsument Europa is a part of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
Our service
We can provide information and advice if you have a specific consumer query regarding cross border shopping. We help local consumers who have experienced problems as a result of cross border shopping. Similarly, we can assist other European citizens who have complaints about goods or services ordered from a Swedish company or purchased while travelling in Sweden.
